Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using divinewomenofvirtuetrucking.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
Divine Women of Virtue Trucking Service LLC is an asset-based, woman-owned motor carrier (USDOT 3739668, MC-1323307) providing container drayage, intermodal, and regional freight hauling out of Augusta, Georgia, serving the Port of Savannah and the Southeast. DWV owns its tractors and offers lease-on arrangements to owner-operators under its MC authority.
3. Use of Site Forms
The Apply to Drive form and the Contact / Freight Quote form are provided to collect inquiries only. Submitting a form does not create a binding employment relationship, lease agreement, or freight contract. All driver onboarding and freight movements are subject to separately executed agreements, including carrier/lease agreements, rate confirmations, and bills of lading.
4. No Guarantee of Rates, Capacity, or Transit Time
Any rates, quotes, or capacity estimates provided through the Site are estimates only, subject to change based on market conditions, fuel surcharges, accessorials, and equipment availability at time of booking. Transit times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
5. Driver Applicant Terms
Applying through this Site does not guarantee an offer to drive or lease on. All applicants are subject to DOT-required screening, including Driver Qualification File review, MVR check, FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query, and PSP report, each requiring your separate authorization at the appropriate step. Final lease-on or hire is contingent on meeting all FMCSA and DWV safety requirements.
6. Shipper & Broker Terms
Quote requests submitted through this Site are non-binding estimates. A shipment is only confirmed once DWV issues a signed rate confirmation. Shippers and brokers are responsible for providing accurate commodity, weight, and location details; inaccurate information that affects equipment, routing, or safety may result in accessorial charges or a declined load.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting any form, including valid MC/DOT numbers where applicable. Submitting false credentials or shipment information may result in your inquiry being declined.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, logos, images, design) is owned by DWV Trucking Service LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DWV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on any quote or estimate provided through it. Our liability for any actual freight movement is governed exclusively by the applicable signed carrier agreement, rate confirmation, bill of lading, or Carmack Amendment where applicable — not by this Site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DWV harmless from claims arising from inaccurate information you submit through the Site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
This section explains how a dispute arising from your use of this Site is handled. It does not apply to disputes under a separately signed carrier agreement, lease agreement, or rate confirmation, each of which has its own dispute terms.
12.1 Informal Resolution First
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at valeriewilkins22@gmail.com and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
12.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
12.3 Venue & Costs
Arbitration will take place in Richmond County, Georgia, unless both parties agree to a different location or to proceed remotely. Each party bears its own attorney's fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise under applicable law.
12.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12.5 Court Jurisdiction (Fallback)
If arbitration is found unenforceable for a given dispute, that dispute will instead be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
