Divine Women of Virtue Trucking Service LLC ("DWV," "we," "us") is a woman-owned, asset-based motor carrier (USDOT 3739668, MC-1323307) based in Augusta, Georgia, providing container drayage and intermodal trucking out of the Port of Savannah and across the Southeast. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
2. Information We Collect
Apply to Drive form: name, phone, email, CDL license number, years of experience, equipment type, and any message submitted.
Contact / Freight Quote form: shipper/broker or owner-operator status, name, company or MC number, phone, email, pickup/delivery locations, and shipment details.
Automatically: IP address, browser/device type, and general usage data from standard site analytics.

Form submissions are processed using Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which transmits submitted data to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not use submitted data for its own marketing. See web3forms.com for their policy.

6. Shipper & Broker Data Handling
Freight and quote details you submit (origin, destination, commodity, MC number, contact info) are used solely to generate a quote and coordinate your shipment. This data is shared only with the DWV dispatch team and, once a load is confirmed, with the specific driver assigned to haul it \u2014 never with other carriers, brokers, or third parties for solicitation purposes. We do not add shipper/broker contacts to marketing lists without separate consent. Load and rate data tied to a specific shipment is retained for the length of our standard recordkeeping period (Section 9) to support invoicing, claims, and compliance audits.
7. Driver Applicant & FMCSA Disclosures
If you apply to drive or lease on with DWV, submitting the Apply to Drive form is the first step of a DOT-regulated hiring process. By applying, you acknowledge and consent to the following, consistent with FMCSA requirements:
- Driver Qualification File: We may request your driving record (MVR), prior employment history (DOT-regulated employers, past 3 years minimum), and relevant certifications as part of your Driver Qualification File under 49 CFR Part 391.
- Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse: As required by FMCSA, we will query the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse for pre-employment and ongoing checks, which requires your separate electronic consent at the time of query.
- Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP): We may request your PSP report (crash and inspection history) from FMCSA, which requires your separate signed authorization.
- DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing: Applicants and drivers are subject to DOT-mandated pre-employment, random, reasonable-suspicion, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing.
- Background/MVR Checks: Where used, these are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including required disclosures and your right to dispute inaccurate information.

Employment and lease-on decisions are based on qualifications, driving record, safety history, and DOT eligibility.
8. SMS & Call Consent (TCPA)
By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you agree to be contacted by DWV by phone call or text message at the number provided, including for application follow-up, quotes, and dispatch coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or service. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact us to be removed from calls.
9. Data Retention
General inquiry and quote data is retained as long as needed to respond and for standard business recordkeeping. Driver Qualification File records, DOT testing results, and Clearinghouse query records are retained per FMCSA-mandated timelines (generally 3 years minimum, longer for certain DOT records), regardless of employment outcome.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to our FMCSA recordkeeping obligations, which can override a deletion request for regulated driver records). 11. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
12. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
